Eligibility/Requirements

Nominating Occupation on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL)

Obtained positive skill assessment outcome from relevant skill assessing authority
Must be under 45 to be invited
At least competent English
Achieved the score specified in your letter of invitation based on the factors in the points test

Pre-assessment for point testing, must have at least 65 points

Lodge Expression of Interest (EOI) via Skill Select
Wait to EOI invitation
Receive EOI invitation
Lodge Subclass 189 visa application via ImmiAccount within 60 days’ of EOI invitation
Receive visa grant notification from the Department of Home Affairs

Secondary Applicant over 18 years old: $2025
Secondary Applicant under 18 years old: $1010
