• Legal Marriage
• De facto Relationship
• Prospective Marriage

• Partner visa (apply in Australia) (subclass 820 and 801)
• Partner visa (apply overseas) (subclass 309 and 100)
• Prospective Marriage or the Fiancés Visa (subclass 300)
