Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191)

To meet the requirements of the permanent visa

applicants must have held a subclass 491 or 494 visa for at least 3 years
have complied with the conditions on that visa.
provide notice of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for three income years out of the five years of your eligible visa. There is no minimum income requirement now.
Your partner can also be the main applicant for the 191 visa if they can demonstrate the criteria required.
Family member who is eligible to apply for this visa could be included at time of lodgment, but cannot add family members after submission of the application.
